Privacy policy

This policy explains what Moon Aura Massage collects through this website and the staff app, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
When you book
To make and manage your booking we keep:
- your name, and your phone number with the chat app you want us to use (WhatsApp or Telegram), if you give one;
- the treatment, date and time, your preferences (pressure, focus areas, therapist) and any note you write;
- the language you booked in;
- your IP address and the time of the request, to stop spam and abuse.
Our receptionists and managers use this to prepare your visit and to contact you about the booking. If we message you on WhatsApp or Telegram, that conversation is also covered by their own privacy policies.
On your device
- lang remembers the language you chose.
- ma_bk keeps the links to your recent bookings, so the Bookings tab can show them on this device. Nobody else can see them.
- Google Analytics cookies count visits and which pages are used, so we can improve the site. See how Google uses this data.
The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is booking. Cloudflare processes technical details of your browser for this check under its own privacy policy.
Staff accounts
Our team signs in to the staff app with an email address, or with their Google account. With Google sign-in we receive only the name, email address and Google account ID, and use them only to sign that person in. We get no access to their Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in the Google account. We also keep when each account last signed in and which devices are signed in.
How long we keep it
Bookings are kept as part of our business records. Sign-in sessions and anti-spam records are deleted automatically when they expire. You can ask us to delete your bookings at any time, unless we must keep a record by law.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can cancel a booking yourself from the link you received when you booked.
